Donation FAQs

• Is my donation secure? Absolutely. The security and confidentiality of your information is our highest priority. We use industry-standard SSL, via our payment processors, (secure socket layer) technology to protect your information and provide a safe and secure environment for donations. We will not sell, trade or share your personal information with anyone else, nor send donor mailings on behalf of other organizations, period.

• Is my donation tax deductible? Yes! The Frankfort Family Foundation for PKU is a 501c3 non-profit organization (Tax-exempt Fed ID will be provided to you once you have donated for tax deduction purposes.  

• Do I get a receipt? A donation receipt will be sent to you at the e-mail address you provide on the donation form. Please be sure to keep a copy of your receipt for tax purposes or feel free to contact us directly for additional copies.
