The Frankfort Family Foundation is just a venue to share information and passion about the search for a cure of PKU. The Frankfort Family Foundation is not responsible (and cannot be) for User Content, the quality, safety or medical advice in any way or form. The Frankfort Family Foundation makes no representations about any medical treatment recommendations, diet, or proper care of PKU. All impacted patients should work in collaboration with a trained professional such as a geneticist, dietician, doctor, or counselor. The Frankfort Family Foundation, in the event that you have a dispute with one or more users, you release The Frankfort Family Foundation(and our agents and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential, direct and indirect) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes. Payment
All donations paid are 100% non-refundable. All donations are quoted in U.S. dollars.
Indemnification & Notification
You from your direct or indirect use of the Site or our Services, and for any violation of the Terms and Conditions herein (or content violations) agree to hold harmless and indemnify The Frankfort Family Foundation, its affiliates, officers, directors, partners, and employees from any and all third party claims, demands, legal letters, proceedings and any losses, liabilities, damages, costs, payments or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees. If you believe that you are entitled or forced to act contrary to this Agreement under any law, you also agree to contact us in writing or email and provide us with a comprehensive written explanation of your reasons for your belief. You agree to provide 30 days before you act contrary to this Agreement. We are not obligated to do so, but may consider alternative solutions to the situation to help you.
Termination
The Frankfort Family Foundation reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to pursue all of its legal remedies, including but not limited to deletion of your postings from this Website and immediate termination of your registration with or ability to access the Website and/or any other service provided to you by the Company, upon any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or if The Frankfort Family Foundation is unable to verify or authenticate any information you submit to the Website registration with or ability to access the Website.
Limitation of Liability
The aggregate liability for The Frankfort Family Foundation to you for all claims arising from the use of the Materials is limited to $95.
Laws, Jurisdiction
